Being one of the first people clients connect with is something I never take for granted. Whether I'm coordinating appointments, answering questions, or keeping our insurance team organized behind the scenes, I enjoy helping every interaction feel welcoming, efficient, and personal.
As Executive Assistant to Mike Townsley and Office Manager for Diamond Financial Group's insurance division, I help oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our team moving and ensure clients have a smooth experience from start to finish. I enjoy bringing organization, creativity, and attention to detail to everything I do.
Outside the office, I'm actively involved in my church community and enjoy helping with outreach, events, and creative projects. I also love traveling, spending time with family, and caring for animals. Having visited all 50 states and several countries, I've come to appreciate the value of new experiences, meaningful connections, and making people feel at home wherever they are.
